onesty. Integrity. Determination.
Ryan joined Frederick & Beckers, LLC, in April of 2013, after having practiced with two respected civil defense firms in the Baton Rouge area – one very large and one small. Ryan’s variety of experience includes representing insurance companies and their insureds in routine to complicated litigation, and also representing injured plaintiffs seeking to benefit from his significant defense experience. Additionally, Ryan has represented local governments defending constitutional and civil rights claims, and has defended large manufacturer clients against class action and mass tort claims. Put simply, Ryan is an experienced civil litigation attorney well versed in the law on a variety of fronts. From his first day of practice through today, Ryan devotes his time, skill, and energy to representing clients effectively and professionally.

Ryan graduated from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU in 2001 where he served as Articles Editor of the Louisiana Law Review. He spearheaded a live symposium on developments in employment law that attracted multiple recognized legal scholars to write and present a live symposium. Ryan’s successful law school career included scholarship awards for academic success and several designations on the Chancellor’s List. Prior to attending law school he worked in the television broadcasting industry, first for the AFLAC Broadcasting Group, and later for Raycom Media.

When not working in the interests of his clients, Ryan is busy being a husband and father to four children, who are very busy in their own right. Early and late hours at the office allow him to volunteer as a youth sports coach and share his passion for athletic competition, along with fair play and sportsmanship.
